Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy

RETURN POLICY

Purchases made on our website can be replaced up to 15 days after confirmed delivery. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

 You may also return online purchases at a Smart mom Store within 15 days with a valid receipt / packing slip.

 Please report missing, damaged, or defective products within 3 days of delivery, and we will replace damaged or defective products at no additional charge. Kindly check our return policy for more details

Return items It is possible to return a product you have purchased from smartmom only under the following condition

Returnable products:

  1.   a wrong product
  2.   Receive a damage product
  3.   a product that is not as described on the smartmom website

Method of returning the products:

Inform smartmom (via emails or WhatsApp) the reason of returning with 36 hours from getting the shipment

Take a picture of the invoice and products with a clear barcode number (serial number)

The smart mom management will decide if the products will be resend a new product or you will receive a refund

Non-returnable Products.

No return, replace or exchange products in respect of:

1. Products that have been used (including damaged items due to misuse or showing signs of wear and tear)

2. Any electronic product which has been used or installed (if there is a damage in the product, we need to examine the product)

3. Products with tampered or missing serial numbers

Items that are not in original condition and packaging.

4. Products that fall under these categories, including:  food, beverages, underwear, socks, potty training items, maternity belt, health, hygiene related and personal care products and certain baby products (e.g. tethers, diapers, baby wipes, hygiene tissues, feeding related products).

5. Items on sale.

6. Items that have been assembled, used, altered, or installed unless defective.

7. Item that were sealed and required their hygienic level to be intact from the manufacturer.

8. Orders shipped to a certain destination [Musandam or Salalah].

9. I changed my mind.

10. I found a better price.

2. Refund Policy:

• For delivered products, we will refund to you the product amount in full there will be a shipping fess the client has to pay  (If you are in the Muscat  and would like to return the item without paying the return fees, please send it back Smarmom headqurter in al hail).

• If the products are faulty or not as described on our Site; or

• If you reason for return is due to an error on our side, such as an error in pricing or description, etc.

• For products not delivered, you will receive a full refund if you cancel the order before shipping.

Refund Procedure and time:

 Your refund will be initiated once your product is received back in our fulfilment center and inspected by our team, and the final refund will be received by you as follows:

• If the refund is to your credit/debit card, within thirty (15) days from the day on which we receive the product back in our fulfilment center;

• If your refund is store credits, you will receive the refund within three (3) days after your product is received back in our fulfilment center and inspected by our team; or

• If you wish to cancel your order before shipping, we will provide store credits within three (3) days from the cancellation, or within thirty (15) days if you choose to transfer back the amount to your credit/debit card.
